You will want to join the SBOOK conference, because that's
where the party is. I'm just a lowly Co-Sysop on this BBS, so don't
make the head honcho angry or the party will be over.
All comments and suggestions are welcomed and encouraged.
Reccomended Hardware
1. 640 kilobytes of base ram
2. hard drive
3. color monitor
4. A 9-pin or 24-pin, IBM or Epson compatible dot-matrix
printer.
Installation Instructions
You need about 900K of free disk space. The program will need
more disk space as you add data.
Uncompress all files onto floppy disks and run the INSTALL
program on disk #1. The install routine will do the following:
1. Make a subdirectory on your hard disk named SBOOK
2. Copy all files into it.
You may do all of this manually if you wish.
Family Scrapbook will open up to 25 files. Be sure that your
CONFIG.SYS file has a high enough FILES statement in it. It
is reccomended that you set it to 30 or higher. The line would
look something like this in your CONFIG.SYS file:
FILES=30
Consult your DOS manual if more help is needed with this step.
To start the program run the file: FAMILY.EXE
